The weekly roster update for Madden NFL 12 is set to go live on Friday for Week 15, and there's some big changes for the Detroit Lions. They have 18 total changes with the update, but only eight of those are changes to player overall rating. Of those eight, four of them are decreases, and four of them are increases - an even break, despite winning their last outing, a close game over the Minnesota Vikings.
Unfortunately, the decreases in rating are much more significant than the increases are this time around. The most significant increase is cornerbacks Eric Wright and Alphonso Smith jumping up two points in rating. They do have one player jumping seven points, but it's fullback Keiland Williams, so the difference is negligible. Stephen Tulloch and Calvin Johnson, both players above 90 overall, find themselves getting decreases in this update, which is significant.
