The first injury report of the week for Sunday's Lions-Vikings game came out on Wednesday. The injury report had 11 Lions players and seven Vikings players on it.
For the Lions, the following players were listed as not practicing at all: WR Calvin Johnson (ankle), WR Rashied Davis (hamstring), TE Brandon Pettigrew (shoulder), OT Jason Fox (foot), DE Cliff Avril (knee), DE Kyle Vanden Bosch (not injury related; just a day off), DT Nick Fairley (foot), LB DeAndre Levy (knee) and S Louis Delmas (hip). WR Maurice Stovall (hand) and CB Alphonso Smith (foot) were limited in practice.
For the Vikings, four players were limited in practice: DE Jared Allen (shoulder), LB E.J. Henderson (knee), CB Chris Cook (groin) and CB Marcus Sherels (chest). Three players fully practiced but are dealing with injuries: WR Michael Jenkins (groin), DT Kevin Williams (foot) and CB Asher Allen (toe).
The final injury report for Sunday's game will be released on Friday afternoon.
