There have been some mixed reviews out there for the Detroit Lions after their draft was completed. Though the Riley Reiff pick at 23rd overall seemed to have lots of fans the picks after that got a bit more spotty.
The SB Nation video recap of the NFC North covered the Lions and said the same sort of thing. The analysts loved the Reiff pick even with some other guys still on the board with OT being one of the biggest needs thanks to Jeff Backus getting older and getting injured more often along with a bunch of other spotty situations at tackle. Ronnell Lewis is compared to Cliff Avril as well, not a bad guy to be compared to.
In the end, the Lions got a B from SB Nation, tied with the Bears in the division. Both the Vikings and Packers rated higher.
