Berry was reportedly driving his car near the Harrisburg Hilton Hotel early Saturday morning when he struck a parked car.

Berry allegedly exited his car and began to walk away from the scene. A witness followed him and called the police.

Berry was arrested by Officer Duane Pyles at 4:45am and transported to the Harrisburg Police Department booking center.

According to a source, Berry was not cooperative when asked for personal information during the booking process and also refused to submit to a breathalyzer test.

Berry was issued a series of summonses for the charges and was released. He is awaiting arraignment.

Berry was in Harrisburg to attend a charity softball event hosted by former teammate LeSean McCoy of the Philadelphia Eagles. It is not believed that Berry participated in the event following the arrest.
