Lions Vs. Bills Score Updates: 2 Buffalo Third Quarter Touchdowns Tighten Up Game

After the Detroit Lions scored 28 consecutive points after falling behind 7-0, the Buffalo Bills have now scored 17 unanswered to cut Detroit's lead to 28-24 after three quarters.

Buffalo running back Johnny White capped a 64-yard drive with a 1-yard touchdown run with 10:35 left in the third to cut the lead to 28-14. Later in the quarter, after starting a drive in Detroit territory after a short punt by the Lions, Bills quarterback Tyler Thigpen found Dorin Dickerson for a 4-yard touchdown.

Lions kicker Jason Hanson missed a 51-yard field goal in the quarter. Quarterback Kellen Moore is 10-for-23 passing, but Dave Birkett of the Detroit Free Press notes that Moore's receivers have dropped at least five of his passes.
