Lions Vs. 49ers: Calvin Johnson A Full Participant On Thursday's Injury Report

Detroit Lions wide receiver Calvin Johnson is listed as a full participant in practice on Thursday, according to the team's injury report. Johnson did not participate at all in Wednesday's practice, as he was nursing a sore foot.

Johnson caught 6 balls for 111 yards in the Lions' season-opening 27-23 win over the St. Louis Rams. There is no definitive information either way, but Johnson's full participation in practice at this point in the week is a good sign that he'll be in good form for Detroit's Week 2 showdown against the San Francisco 49ers.

Johnson is accompanied by six others on the Lions' injury report, with only one other player -- cornerback Chris Houston -- even participating on a limited basis. CB Bill Bentley, S Louis Delmas, DE Lawrence Jackson, LB Travis Lewis and DT Corey Williams are listed as non-participants.
