Two big plays allowed by the Detroit Lions have given the Tennessee Titans a 20-9 halftime lead on Sunday.
A 65-yard punt return by Tommie Campbell and a 61-yard pass by Titans quarterback Jake Locker to tight end Jared Cook have put Tennessee ahead of the Lions, who have kept themselves in the game thanks to three Jason Hanson field goals.
Leading 17-9, Titans kicker Rob Bironas added a 38-yard field goal before the half ended.
Locker had a strong start for the Titans, completing 14-of-19 passes for 170 yards. Detroit quarterback Matt Stafford is 14-of-18 for 83 yards, while he's been complemented in the run game by Mikel Leshoure's 16 carries for 61 yards.
