Experts at all three outlets unanimously picked Detroit to win. 14 analysts at ESPN.com picked the Lions to win. It was one of six games where all 14 agreed that the same team would win.
Three NFL experts at Yahoo! picked the Lions, one of eight teams all three of their experts were in unanimous agreement on.
Eight experts at CBS Sports picked Detroit, one of nine games they all agreed on who would win.
The Lions are coming off a 10-6 season and their first playoff appearance in more than a decade. The team is led by the potent passing attack of Calvin Johnson and Matthew Stafford. St. Louis is coming off a 2-14 season and had one of the worst pass defenses in the league last season.
