Pistons Beat Wizards in OT, 115-110, Behind Rip Hamilton's 27 Points

Auburn Hills, MI – Richard Hamilton scored 12 of Detroit’s 13 overtime points to help the Pistons slip past Washington, 115-110, at the Palace of Auburn Hills.

Hamilton ended with a game-high 27 points, while Charlie Villanueva came off the bench for a double-double with 25 points and 11 rebounds to help Detroit bounce back from Wednesday’s 109-90 loss to the Lakers.

Andray Blatche and JaVale McGee each had 20 points for Washington, which has dropped four of its last six games and has yet to win a road game this season.

Gilbert Arenas had 19 points an 16 assists and Nick Young chipped in with 18 points in the loss.

John Wall missed his fourth straight game for Washington with a sprained left foot. The Wizards are 2-2 without him.
