Both teams got into Michigan pretty early this morning after games last night, making for a pretty sloppy first half this evening. However, the Pistons seem to be benefitting the most from the ugliness, leading the undefeated Indiana Pacers by eight points at the break.
The Pistons led by as many as 12 and shot 48-percent in the first 24 minutes. The Pacers were held to just 37-percent shooting.
The Pistons moved the ball well, racking up 16 assists on their 22 baskets, led by Rodney Stuckey and Brandon Knight who had four assists apiece.
Jonas Jerebko was all over the place and led both teams in scoring with 16 (on 7-of-11 shooting). Jerebko also has a game-high seven rebounds.
The Pacers are being led by Tyler Hansbrough, who has 10 points off the bench.
