Don't let the Minnesota Timberwolves' 5-8 record fool you, they are a pretty talented basketball team but for a couple of holes and some bad team cohesiveness. Kevin Love and Ricky Rubio have been destroying other teams all season long and Derrick Williams has been a fine bench presence in his first season as well.
Most of this doesn't spell success for the Detroit Pistons as they travel to Minnesota trying to win only their second road game all season. Detroit is in need of a win in general, road or not, sitting at the bottom of the NBA with a 3-11 record and a long string of losses recently including their most recent loss to the Houston Rockets.
Detroit have been putting up some record futility lately, especially on the road. This is a decent chance against a team that has played pretty mediocre this season, but they'll still need to play a complete ball game. That's something they just didn't do against the Rockets or Warriors.
