Pistons Schedule 2012: Detroit Spends Week On The Road

The Detroit Pistons have four games this week, all of which are on the road as part of a five game road trip.

It's been a tough season for the Detroit Pistons, but they've been doing a lot better as of late with a three game winning streak, against some decent teams to boot. If they want to be in the mix for a playoff spot in the East though, they'll need to step it up on the road, where they currently only have three wins. This week they play four games in a row on the road, so they can start getting some form ASAP.

The first game for the Pistons is Monday as they travel to face the Utah Jazz, a team that they haven't beat on the road in almost a decade. It's been a mediocre year in Utah so far, with a record of 19-21 and a current two game losing streak, they're just trying to stay positive as the Jazz attempt a playoff push in the tough Western conference.

On Wednesday, the Pistons will travel to California to face the 14-27 Sacramento Kings. They're more concerned about the fact that they're actually going to stay in Sacramento for the future after a bunch of movement rumors, so good for them. The Kings are comfortably in the midst of a nine game homestand.

Friday, the Pistons will travel out to Phoenix to meet the Suns, and then on Sunday they'll travel to sunny Los Angeles to face the up-start Clippers.
