The Detroit Pistons remain on the road when they take on the Los Angeles Clippers on Sunday afternoon at Staples Center.
Both teams enter the game working through mixed results of late, alternating between wins and losses in their past four games. The Clippers have a chance to win two consecutive games after beating the Houston Rockets on Saturday relying on stars Chris Paul and Blake Griffin to secure the win. Paul led the way with 23 points, five assists and five steals while Griffin added 18 points and eight rebounds before fouling out.
Both players will present a challenge to young Detroit stars in the making, Brandon Knight and Greg Monroe. The Pistons will look to bounce back from a tough road loss at Phoenix which saw the Suns assume the lead in the fourth quarter to close out the win.
The game is slated to tip off at 3:30 p.m. Eastern time and will be televised on Fox Sports Detroit.
