Pistons Vs. Hawks: Detroit Welcomes Injured Atlanta To Town

The Detroit Pistons welcome the injured Atlanta Hawks into The Palace on Friday.

The Hawks are traveling to Detroit with a bit of a limp to take on the Pistons on Friday night. With Detroit holding very good form at home lately including a win over the Los Angeles Lakers in their last game, it's a bad time for the Hawks to stumble in.

Joe Johnson is the most high profile player that has been missing for Atlanta recently, with 17.6 points per game he has been the Hawks leading scorer. Tracy McGrady was rested for the Hawks last loss to the Miami Heat, but might return to face the hot Pistons. Rodney Stuckey has scored buckets of buckets for the Pistons during their tear, putting up 34 on the Lakers.

Stuckey and Greg Monroe have been a revelation for Detroit in recent weeks; after starting the season 4-20, the Pistons will take whatever they can get to try and turn the season around faster.

The game will be at The Palace of Auburn Hills at 7:30 P.M. Eastern time.
