So much for a winning streak. The Detroit Pistons were looking to sustain some momentum from a Thursday night win over Charlotte against the visiting Milwaukee Bucks. Instead, Detroit lost by a final score of 113-97.
All five of Milwaukee's starters scored in double figures. Drew Gooden had 26 points, five rebounds and eight assists to lead the team. Brandon Jennings had 20 points and 10 assists.
Brandon Knight led the Pistons with 25 points. He also had five rebounds and eight assists in the effort. Ben Gordon had 24 points, and Greg Monroe had a double-double with 10 rebounds and 16 points. Unfortunately for the Pistons, no other player could muster more than seven points.
Detroit has seven games left in the regular season, a tough stretch of games that starts with a Sunday matchup against Eastern Conference-leading Chicago.
