Video: Todd Bertuzzi Executes Datsyukian Shootout Goal Vs. Blackhawks

You might remember this Pavel Datsyuk shot from last year's playoffs in which Datsyuk put the puck and his stick between his left leg and wristed a shot at Coyotes' netminder Ilya Bryzgalov. He didn't score, but the rebound made for easy cleaning by Darren Helm for the Red Wings' third goal in a 4-3 Game 2 win.

On Sunday, otherwise known as Ultimate Fan Day, the Red Wings were merely playing a preseason game against the Chicago Blackhawks, but Todd Bertuzzi mimicked Datsyuk during his shootout attempt, evening the score in what would ultimately be a 4-3 win:

Bertuzzi actually put the puck through his legs and brought it back up front before finishing on the back-hander, but it was still tabbed 'Datsyukian' by Red Wings' play-by-play announcer Ken Daniels. It doesn't matter if this was a preseason goal or a regular season goal, that belongs on all of the NHL highlight reels for the 2011-2012 season.
