Victor Martinez had been struggling in the postseason (.160/.276/.556 entering Game 3) and just when one may have thought that his fourth inning, game-tying homer in Game 3 was a sign of one of the Tigers' biggest hitters turning it around, he injured himself on the swing.
↵After laboring around the bases and chucking his helmet into the tunnel in disgust, Martinez received treatment between at bats and stayed in the game, but it's likely the injury will tighten up over night and won't feel all that great tomorrow.
