Fister was placed on the 15-Day disabled list on April 7, but has experienced pain in short throwing sessions following the rib injury. There is no timetable for his return as he works slowly to rehabilitate from the injury.
In five relief appearances this season, Below has pitched 12 innings, allowing no runs on seven hits, while striking out nine batters. He recorded a 4.34 ERA in 14 games - two starts - last season.
