Tigers Vs. White Sox: Detroit Starting Lineup

After a dramatic finish on Friday night, the Detroit Tigers and Chicago White Sox will play the second game of a three-game weekend set on Saturday afternoon at Comerica Park. The Tigers took the first game of the series on the back of a Jhonny Peralta two-run homerun in the bottom of the ninth to complete a 5-4 comeback.Detroit will hope to build off the effort on Saturday.

It's also of note, that troubled outfielder Delmon Young will make his first start since being suspended seven-days last Friday for his arrest steaming from an altercation outside his New York City hotel room.

Here is the Tigers' projected starting lineup:

2. Brennan Boesch, Right Field

3. Miguel Cabrera, Third Base

4. Prince Fielder, First Base

5. Delmon Young, Designated Hitter

6. Alex Avila, Catcher

7. Jhonny Peralta, Short Stop

8. Andy Dirks, Left Field

9. Ryan Raburn, Second Base

Starting Pitcher: Max Scherzer; 1-3, 7.77 ERA

As of the time of this post, the Chicago White Sox had not yet announced what their expected lineup would be.
