Ndamukong Suh responds to anonymous criticism

Detroit Lions defensive end Ndamukong Suh responded to the anonymous criticism he received from an NFC scout.

Detroit Lions defensive end Ndamukong Suh responded to the criticism of an anonymous NFC scout that called Suh a coddled player who does not demand excellence out of himself. Suh said he wished his critic was not anonymous. "I wish people would kind of grow up and be a man or a woman and say exactly how they feel and put their name behind it," he said.

The scout claimed that Suh takes plays off and underachieves when compared to his expectations. Suh responded by saying that he didn't care what anyone said about him as long as his coaches feel that he's producing. "I continue to prove that and show that day in and day out as well as in games week in and week out," Suh said.

Suh has 15 tackles, 4.5 sacks and one pass defended through nine games this season for the Lions. The Lions host the Packers at 1:00 p.m. ET.
