Calvin Johnson fourth in Pro Bowl voting among WR

Calvin Johnson needs Lions fans' help, as the Detroit wide receiver is fourth among NFL wide receivers in fan voting for the Pro Bowl.

Detroit Lions wide receiver Calvin Johnson needs Lions fans' help if he's going to top the fan vote for the Pro Bowl. Despite threatening Jerry Rice's single-season yardage record for a wide receiver, Megatron is just fourth in fan voting among NFL wide receivers for the Pro Bowl.

New York's Victor Cruz leads all NFC receivers with over 438,000 votes. Chicago's Brandon Marshall also has more votes than Johnson in the NFC, as Marshall has garnered over 389,000 votes to date. Johnson, meanwhile, only has over 383,000 votes.

Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver A.J. Green leads all receivers with over 563,000 votes, as Green has enjoyed a breakout season in his second year.

Currently, the Lions do not have any leading vote-getter at any position, and Megatron is likely Detroit's only hope at a starting spot in the Pro Bowl. Still, Johnson trails two wide receivers in the NFC, and will need to leapfrog one of them to earn a starting gig.

Fans can vote through Dec. 17 at NFL.com.
