The Detroit Lions' rather lengthy final injury report of the week has been released by the team. The list of names includes quarterback Matthew Stafford and wide receiver Calvin Johnson, both of whom are probable for Sunday's game against the Minnesota Vikings.
Stafford is dealing with a minor hip injury, while Johnson has been slightly hobbled with a bit of an ankle issue. However, both players look good to go on Sunday.
There are 11 other players on the list, including defensive tackle Corey Williams, who has been ruled out with a knee injury. Safety Louis Delmas and linebacker Travis Lewis, who along with Williams, did not participate in practice this week, are listed as doubtful.
LB Justin Durant, RB Mikel Leshoure, TE Tony Scheffler and S Amari Spievey are questionable for the game, while T Corey Hilliard, DE Lawrence Jackson, G Rob Sims, WR Titus Young, Stafford and Johnson are probable.
