The Michigan Wolverines play the Nebraska Cornhuskers at 8 p.m. on ESPN2 trying to hold onto first place in the Big Ten Legends Division.
Michigan comes into the game 5-2 overall and alone at the top of the division at 3-0. Nebraska is in second at 2-1 in the division.
The Wolverines have won three straight games, including convincing wins over Purdue and Illinois and a win over Michigan State that ended a four-game losing streak to the Spartans. Quarterback Denard Robinson has passed for 1,261 yards and nine touchdowns with nine interceptions and ran for 900 yards and six touchdowns. Michigan's improved defense, however, has been key to the team's success this season. The Wolverines have given up just 23 total points in three Big Ten games and less than 20 points in five of seven games this season.
Nebraska has won four of its last five games. The team is led by quarterback Taylor Martinez, another dual-threat who has passed for more than 1,600 yards this season and ran for more than 400.
