Michigan vs. Nebraska score: Wolverines and Cornhuskers scoreless after first quarter

The Nebraska Cornhuskers and No. 22 Michigan Wolverines are in a scoreless tie after the first quarter.

Michigan was held without points after a 11-play, 49-yard drive, as kicker Matt Wile missed a 53-yard field goal to keep the game scoreless with 4:42 left in the first quarter.

Nebraska had one first down and 34 yards of total offense in the first quarter. Taylor Martinez opened the game 2-of-3 passing for 26 yards while rushing twice for 11 yards.

Michigan had 59 yards of total offense in first quarter. Denard Robinson led the Wolverines with seven rushes for 34 yards while passing for minus-4 yards on one completion.

Both teams punted twice in the first quarter.

Michigan leads the Big Ten Legends division with a 3-0 conference record, while Nebraska is second at 2-1. The winner of this game will control its own fate for the division title which guarantees a birth in the Big Ten championship game.
