The Michigan Wolverines used a 25-point win over Iowa on Saturday to keep rising in the latest media poll.

Following a 42-17 victory over the Iowa Hawkeyes, the Michigan Wolverines moved up one spot in the latest Associated Press Top 25 Poll after 13 weeks of action.

Michigan remains in a tight battle with the Nebraska Cornhuskers for a chance to represent the Legends Division in the Big Ten title game, but is just one of three Big Ten teams represented in the rankings. Along with Nebraska at No. 17, the Ohio State Buckeyes currently sit at No. 4 in America with an impressive 11-0 record.

Set to face Urban Meyer's undefeated Buckeyes this Saturday, the Wolverines now have losses to both the No. 1 and No. 2 teams in the poll in both Notre Dame and Alabama. The Irish claimed the unanimous No. 1 spot following losses to both Oregon and Kansas State during a wild weekend, but will still have to pull out a win over USC in order to cap off a perfect regular season.
