The Michigan Wolverines are No. 21 in the SB Nation BlogPoll Top 25 this week after defeating the Iowa Hawkeyes, 42-17, on Saturday, Nov. 17. The Wolverines come in two spots higher than they did in the BlogPoll following Week 11.
Michigan has won three straight games with Devin Gardner at quarterback as Denard Robinson recovers from a nerve injury in his right elbow, although Robinson returned to the field against Iowa as a running back, gaining 98 yards on 13 carries.
In the ballot breakdown, Michigan received a ranking as high as No. 17 by one voter in the BlogPoll, but most bloggers ranked them in the No. 19 to No. 23 range.
The Wolverines take on their rival, the BlogPoll No. 7 Ohio State Buckeyes on Saturday, Nov. 24. Ohio State is the highest-ranked team in the Big Ten. Nebraska, at No. 16, is the only Big Ten team other than OSU or Michigan in the Top 25.
