The Michigan Wolverines fell to the Ohio State Buckeyes on Saturday, allowing them finish with a 12-0 record. Michigan finished with an 8-4 record, with a 6-2 mark in the Big Ten and second place in the Legends Division. They've got their sights set on a bowl appearance, potentially in the Capital One Bowl.
On Tuesday, the latest SB Nation BlogPoll came out, and the Wolverines, despite losing, remained on it. They dropped just one spot on the poll, falling from No. 21 to No. 22, while the Michigan State Spartans are nowhere to be found on the list. They're above only the Boise St. Broncos, Oklahoma St. Cowboys and the Texas Longhorns.
They likely only dropped one spot because they fell to the Buckeyes, who have three first place votes in the latest iteration of the BlogPoll, and officially come in just outside the top five, at No. 6. It is, as such, a respectable loss. You can find the full BlogPoll here, and also embedded below.
