The state of Michigan is well-represented on this year's ESPN.com All-Big Ten team, as several Spartans and Wolverines were among the picks compiled by Brian Bennett and Adam Rittenburg.

Michigan State landed three players on the All-Big Ten team; running back Le'Veon Bell, defensive back Darqueze Dennard and punter Mike Sadler. Bell edged out Northwestern junior running back Venric Mark for the team's second running back spot. He joins Wisconsin Badgers senior Montee Ball in the All-Big Ten backfield. Linebacker Max Bullough and tight end Dion Sims just missed the cut.

Wolverines offensive tackle Taylor Lewan was named to the All-Big Ten offensive squad, while sophomore linebacker Jake Ryan was named to the All-Big Ten defensive team. Ryan impressed in his second season at Michigan, notching 84 tackles (53 solo) and adding four sacks.

The Ohio State Buckeyes led all Big Ten schools with six players making the team, followed by Penn State with five selections and Nebraska with four.
