The final BCS rankings of the 2010 season have been released. The top six spots of the standings didn't change from last week at all. The first alteration is at No. 7, where Oklahoma moved up, passing Arkansas and Michigan State in the process. This is the second time in as many weeks that a two-loss team has passed MSU in the rankings.
With both Oklahoma and Arkansas ahead of the Spartans, their final BCS ranking in 2010 is ninth in the nation. Considering they finished 11-1 and beat Wisconsin, the No. 5 team in the country, I'd say MSU's ranking is much too low. I suppose this is just another sign of why the BCS is such an imperfect system, though.
