College Football Rankings, Week 11: Michigan State Climbs To No. 13, Michigan Slips To No. 21 In Coaches Poll

After a bad, 24-16 loss to the Iowa Hawkeyes on Saturday, the Michigan Wolverines have expectedly slipped in the Coaches Poll today. While a win could've possibly put them back into the Top 10, the loss dropped them to the No. 21 spot.

Michigan State struggled to beat Minnesota, but they took over the No. 13 spot Michigan held last week in this week's poll, climbing three spots from No. 16.

Penn State, on a bye and receiving plenty of negative publicity yesterday, moved up three spots to No. 12. Wisconsin, after their blow out over Purdue, moved up from No. 17 to No. 14.
