With the First Four out of the way, the real beginning of the 2011 NCAA men's basketball tournament has arrived. The March Madness schedule for Thursday includes 16 total games, including Michigan State vs. UCLA down in Tampa at 9:20 p.m. Michigan and Oakland both play on Friday, so the Spartans are the only local team on today's slate of games.
