The latest USA Today/ESPN Coaches Poll has come out, and though there's no shakeups in the top five (unlike last week), there's plenty of changes within the top 10. Kentucky, Syracuse, Missouri, Duke and Kansas hold as the top five teams, with the Wildcats receiving all 31 of the first-place votes. But that's where is all ends, as Georgetown moves to No. 8 while Ohio State falls from No. 6 down to No. 9. Just two weeks ago, the Buckeyes were sitting at No. 3. Marquette rounds out the top 10 by jumping up from No. 13. Baylor and UNLV, No. 10 and 11 last week, have moved down to No. 14 and No. 20, respectively.

For the Michigan State Spartans, they've moved into the No. 6 spot, just outside the top five with their strong victory over the Buckeyes. MSU need only continue their strong play, with matchups against Minnesota and Nebraska on the horizon before two more solid chances to improve in the rankings with a game against No. 24 Indiana and a rematch with No. 9 Ohio State.

Another team has been moving on up from the region as well, as the Michigan Wolverines find themselves at No. 13, up six spots from No. 19. They also beat Ohio State in their last outing, and put up solid wins over Nebraska and Illinois before that. They've got an easier schedule to close out, but not a lot of opportunity to continue a rise throug the rankings.
