Big Ten Tournament 2012, Michigan State Vs. Iowa Final Score: Hot Shooting Leads Spartans Past Hawkeyes, 92-75

The Michigan State Spartans advance to the semifinals with an easy win against the Iowa Hawkeyes on Friday afternoon, 92-75.

If it weren't for a seven minute scoreless drought, the Spartans may have broken 100 points. They were up around 70-percent shooting for most of the game, but finished at 58-percent. The Hawkeyes shot 10-for-20 from long distance, but finished the game at just 44-percent shooting.

Draymond Green was the game's leading scorer with 21 points and he also grabbed 10 rebounds. Adreian Payne added 16 points.

Michigan State will play the winner of the Wisconsin-Indiana game tipping off in about 20 minutes. The full 2012 Big Ten tournament bracket can be found at the link.
