In a move that really surprised nobody, Texas offensive guard Caleb Benenoch decommitted from Michigan State on Tuesday night. The move wasn't surprising because Benenoch had been showing interest in other schools quite openly despite being "committed" to Michigan State.
Benenoch really started picking up interest from more schools after committing to Michigan State back in March. The extra interest from other schools made him a risk to decommit. 24/7 Sports reports that he picked up offers from Texas and Oklahoma in recent days, which likely explains the timing of his decommitment.
