Ohio State's Johnathan Hankins says he will 'try to rip' Le'Veon Bell's head off

Ohio State defensive tackle Johnathan Hankins hails from Dearborn Heights, Mich., and the pre-season All American had some interesting things to say when he was asked how he'd stop Spartan running back Le'Veon Bell. Hankins was asked which part of Bell he'd go after first as he tried to slow the MSU running back, and he responded with the following (via 610WTVN):

"I'm going to try to rip his head off"

The Buckeyes have struggled with some of the smaller backs they've had to face this season, so the defense seems to be excited about the prospect of the downhill running style generally seen in the Big Ten. Ohio State head coach Urban Meyer had the following to say about facing the Spartan rushing attack (via Mlive.com)

"I think our defense is kind of built for this, it's not built for sideline to sideline. So that's the challenge."

The Ohio State defense will get their shot at the Spartans on Saturday afternoon, as the 4-0 Buckeyes will head to East Lansing to face the 3-1 Spartans at 3:30 p.m. ET. The game can be seen on ABC.
