Wednesday was the day when New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady meets with the media. This week, for his weekly presser, the former Michigan Wolverine sported a Michigan State t-shirt.
↵↵Why was Brady wearing green and white, with the familiar block "S" on his chest? Brady had a bet with back-up quarterback, former Spartan Brian Hoyer. As a result of Michigan's 34-17 loss to the Spartans, Brady had to wear a MSU t-shirt when he met the press.
↵Someone also stuck a MSU hat in Brady's locker before he began his press conference. But when Brady saw it, he said "That was not part of the bet" and tossed the cap aside.
↵No word on what Hoyer would've had to do, had Michigan won the game. As a back-up, he doesn't have to meet with the press, so wearing Michigan apparel might not have been his end of the bet.
↵Maybe if the Wolverines can beat the Spartans next year, and Hoyer is still on the Patriots' roster, we'll find out what the other end of the bet will be.
↵You can see video of the presser at the Patriots' official website. That's where we snatched this screen cap.
