Michigan linebacker recruit Antonio Kinard needs to score at least 1000 on his SAT to enroll at Michigan this January, according to Tom VanHaaren of MGoBlog. VanHaaren talked with Kinard about his situation and provided this bit of insight:
I have talked to the coaches (at Michigan), and I will be enrolling in January as long as my SAT score is high enough. I should be getting my score back soon, like tomorrow. I need to get somewhere around 1000. I think I got that because I’m here at this military academy, and all I’m allowed to think about is my grades, football, and getting out of here.
