The Big Ten has announced the kickoff times and TV details for its games on Nov. 6 (this Saturday) and Nov. 13. The Nov. 6 games only had their kickoff times/TV details announced now because the networks wanted to wait to see what happened this past Saturday before determining them. That makes sense because originally it was looking like the Michigan-Illinois game could get the 3:30 p.m. time slot on ABC/ESPN2, but since the Wolverines lost that isn't the case.
↵On Saturday, both games in this state will start at noon. Michigan's game against Illinois will be broadcast on ESPN and Michigan State's game against Minnesota will be on the Big Ten Network. The other games on Saturday are Iowa-Indiana (noon on the BTN), Wisconsin-Purdue (noon on the BTN) and Northwestern-Penn State (3:30 p.m. on ABC/ESPN2).
↵On Nov. 13 (next Saturday), Michigan's game against Purdue will be on the Big Ten Network and start at noon. Michigan State is on a bye, so there are no time/TV details to pass along.
