Jalen Rose, Jimmy King and Ray Jackson will be honored at halftime of the game, which is part of the Legends Classic tournament. Each host school will honor at least one of its past players; U-M decided to invite three.

King, Jackson and Rose, along with Juwan Howard and Chris Webber, formed Michigan's famous quintet that took the Wolverines to back-to-back title games in 1992 and 1993, losing both times. Most of their accomplishments have been tarnished due to the basketball scandal involving Webber and booster Ed Martin that ripped the program apart in the late 90s and early 2000s. All the wins from the 1992-93 season were vacated, and both Final Four banners were removed from Crisler Arena.

Webber can't participate due to his involvement in the scandal and Howard is currently a member of the Miami Heat, who play in Memphis Saturday night.

Of the Fab Five, only Webber was ever accused and convicted of any wrongdoing. It's good to see the school honor the other guys after being forced to take away their accomplishments.
