The Michigan Wolverines will play their second game of the regular season night as the men's basketball team plays host to the Towson Tigers as a part of the Maui on the Mainland tournament. The game will tip-off at 8:30 p.m. and while it won't be available on national television, it will be available on ESPN 3.
The Wolverines were led by Stu Douglass, Evan Smotrycz and Tim Hardaway Jr., as the three players combined for 40 of Michigan's 59 points in a win over Ferris State to start the season. It remains to be seen whether Douglass or Trey Burke will start at point guard because Burke was supposed to start the opening-game before Douglass was re-inserted into the starting lineup just prior to Friday night's tip-off.
The Tigers will also be playing their second game of the season on Monday night, though they weren't quite as successful in their opening game. Towson opened the season with a 46-point loss to the Kansas Jayhawks while starting four underclassmen.
The game is part of the Maui Invitational, continuing through Nov. 23 when the championship round takes center stage in Hawaii. The Wolverines would have one more game, against Western Illinois on Thursday, before making their way to the islands.
