Big Ten Football Schedule, Week 13: Rivalry Games Highlight Final Week Of Big Ten Schedule

The Big Ten wraps up the regular season football schedule on Saturday with five games, highlighted by a pair of rivalry games. Ohio State and Michigan continue their classic, high-profile rivalry at Michigan Stadium, while Purdue and Indiana play for the Old Oaken Bucket in Bloomington.

Penn State and Wisconsin play the most meaningful game of the day in Madison with the winner earning a spot in the Big Ten Championship game as the top team in the Big Ten's Leaders Division.

The Nebraska Cornhuskers finished up their regular season yesterday by beating the Iowa Hawkeyes 20-7. Here's a quick look at the Big Ten games on the schedule for Saturday.

Ohio State Buckeyes vs. Michigan Wolverines, 12:00PM ET

Michigan has their eyes on a BCS at-large bowl bid if they can post an impressive win over Ohio State to finish up the season. The Buckeyes have spent much of the week hearing about Urban Meyer and next season while trying to prepare to finish the season by wrecking their rivals BCS hopes and securing a strong bowl bid of their own. Michigan is listed as a 7.5 point favorites.

Michihgan State Spartans vs. Northwestern Wildcats, 12:00PM ET

Michigan State has their spot in the Big Ten Championship game locked up, but they still have plenty to play for as they try to stay sharp for next week's big game and maintain their status in the BCS. Northwestern prepares to host the Spartans while riding a four-game winning streak which has the Wildcats bowl eligible. Michigan State is listed as a 5.5 point favorite.

Purdue Boilermakers vs. Indiana Hoosiers, 3:30PM ET

Purdue has one more chance to qualify for a bowl game, looking to win their sixth game along with the Old Oaken Bucket when they visit the Hoosiers on Saturday afternoon. Indiana will look to play the role of spoiler by beating their rivals and winning their first Big Ten game of the season. Purdue is listed as a 7.5 point favorite.

Illinois Fighting Illini vs. Minnesota Golden Gophers, 3:30PM ET

Illinois will try to end a five-game losing streak that dampened the enthusiasm built up by the Fighting Illini after opening the season with six-straight wins. Minnesota will celebrate Senior Day while trying to finish the season on a positive note with their second Big Ten win of the year. Illinois is listed as en 11 point favorite.

Penn State Nittany Lions vs. Wisconsin Badgers, 3:30PM ET

Hopes for a Big Ten championship and a spot in the Rose Bowl are on the line in Madison. Penn State will try to pull the upset on the road as they look for a positive ending to a tumultuous season off the field. Wisconsin can take a big step toward re-asserting themselves as the top team in the Big Ten with a win after recovering from two last-second losses earlier in the season. Wisconsin is listed as a 14.5 point favorite.
