BCS Rankings, Week 14: Michigan Ranked 16th, Michigan State 13th

In order to be eligible for an at-large berth to a BCS game, the Michigan Wolverines need to be ranked in the top 14 of the BCS standings. Right now, with a week to play, Michigan is on the outside looking in. They are ranked 16th in the Week 14 BCS standings, right behind Michigan State, Georgia and Wisconsin. The good news is Michigan should jump the loser of the Michigan State/Wisconsin game, and if LSU beats Georgia, Michigan should move up another spot. There are no guarantees, though.

Below is a look at the full BCS rankings for Week 14.

LSU
Alabama
Oklahoma State
Stanford
Virginia Tech
Houston
Boise State
Arkansas
Oregon
Oklahoma
Kansas State
South Carolina
Michigan State
Georgia
Wisconsin
Michigan
Baylor
TCU
Nebraska
Clemson
Penn State
Texas
West Virginia
Southern Miss
Missouri

As for Michigan State's ranking, it is really Rose Bowl or bust. If the Spartans beat Wisconsin, they automatically are the Big Ten's representative in the Rose Bowl. If they lose, however, Michigan State will likely drop out of the top 14 and contention for an at-large bid.
