Brady Hoke's coaching staff at Michigan is now complete. After getting the majority of the staff hired in January, Hoke spent almost all of his time recruiting. With signing day now in the rearview mirror, Hoke made the final two moves to complete his coaching staff, announcing the hires on Monday.
Curt Mallory will coach the secondary for Michigan. Mallory played at Michigan under Bo Schembechler and Gary Moeller. As a coach, he was most recently the defensive coordinator at Akron. Before that he was the co-defensive coordinator at Illinois.
Jerry Montgomery will coach the defensive line for Michigan. He was hired by Indiana this offseason to be an assistant under new head coach Kevin Wilson, but he opted to quickly move on to Michigan to be an assistant under Brady Hoke. He was Wyoming's defensive line coach last season and Northern Iowa's before that.
With Mallory and Montgomery joining the staff, this is what Michigan's finalized coaching staff looks like:

Tight Ends/Special Teams: Dan Ferrigno
