After being fired by Michigan, Rich Rodriguez was hired by CBS College Sports to give his analysis during the network's signing day coverage. This resulted in the awkward interview with Rodriguez and new Michigan head coach Brady Hoke, but Rodriguez did well enough to rejoin the network for NFL Draft coverage.
↵Next season, Rodriguez will not be coaching (he's taking a year off), but rather he will again be talking college football on the CBS Sports Network (formerly CBS College Sports). His duties include being a studio analyst and doing color commentary alongside play-by-play man Dave Ryan.
↵↵↵"Rich is an accomplished, well-recognized coach with a wealth of knowledge about the game," David Berson, president of CBS Sports Network, said in making the announcement. "Rich was an integral part of our signing day and (NFL) draft coverage. We look forward to showcasing his analysis and insights."

Chances are Rodriguez will spend the 2011 season working with the CBS Sports Network and find a new job in coaching for 2012. If I had to bet, I'd predict he takes over the Clemson head coaching job in 2012.
