Michigan Football's Tony Posada, Je'Ron Stokes Leave Team

The Michigan football program had two players leave the team earlier this week. The first to depart was offensive lineman Tony Posada, and a day later wide receiver Je'Ron Stokes made his exit.

Posada arrived in Ann Arbor this summer as a true freshman from Tampa, Florida. He came in weighing 320 pounds and was viewed as a possible contributor on the O-line down the road. That won't be happening anymore, however, as Posada became the second true freshman to depart the program. (Kellen Jones left the team before practice even began.)

Stokes was set to enter his junior year at Michigan before deciding to leave the program. He came to Michigan in 2009 as a four-star recruit and the fourth best player in the state of Pennsylvania.

Depth at wide receiver for 2012 is going to be pretty thin with Stokes departing, but since it happened before the season even started, Michigan at least knows it will have to add a couple receivers to its 2012 recruiting class.
