College Football Rankings: USA Today Poll Ranks Michigan 19th

The Week 5 USA Today Poll has been announced, and Michigan is ranked 19th in it. The Wolverines were 21st in the USA Today Poll last week, so their win over San Diego State on Saturday bumped them up two spots.

The Michigan State Spartans actually dropped a couple of spots this week. MSU was 23rd in last week's USA Today Poll, and now the voters have the Spartans ranked 25th. I'm not quite sure why a blowout win against Central Michigan caused MSU to drop, but the Spartans will have a chance to make their case for a rise in the polls next week at Ohio State.
