Two plays later, Hokies quarterback Logan Thomas plowed his big body right up the gut and into the end zone from the one yard line to put the Hokies within a two-point conversion from knotting things up.

Thomas then hit his tight end in the back of the end zone for two and a tie game in New Orleans.

Michigan will get the football back, but they have only gained 27 yards in the second half, momentum clearly in Hokies favor.
