Michigan Football Recruiting: Khalid Hill Commits

Michigan isn't completely finished with its 2012 football recruiting class with Alex Kozan still undecided, but the Wolverines have turned most of their focus to 2013. Actually, they have been working on their 2013 class for a while now. The Wolverines have had two commitments for 2013 since last September, and they added No. 3 on Monday when Khalid Hill immediately verballed after being offered a scholarship.

Hill is a tight end/defensive end from Detroit Crockett High School. According to Allen Trieu, Michigan will use him as a tight end/H-back. 24/7 Sports, the only site to evaluate him so far, rates him as a three-star tight end.

Before Michigan offered him on Monday, Hill's only offer was from Central Michigan. Once the Wolverines did extend an offer, it didn't take Hill long to accept it because he is a lifelong Michigan fan, according to Trieu. He joins Shane Morris and Dymonte Thomas as recruits committed to Michigan for 2013.
