Michigan Football Recruiting: Wolverines 'The Team To Beat' For Dorian O'Daniel

Michigan's 2012 football recruiting class featured a solid group of linebackers with Joe Bolden, Royce Jenkins-Stone, James Ross and Kaleb Ringer all signing. So far, Michigan's 2013 football recruiting class doesn't have any commits from linebackers, but that is expected to change in the coming months.

Michigan is in very good shape for several big-time linebackers, including Mike McCray, E.J. Levenberry and Dorian O'Daniel. In fact, Michigan is the "team to beat" for O'Daniel, according to his high school football team's Twitter account.

O'Daniel goes to Our Lady of Good Counsel High School in Maryland. That is the same high school that current Michigan cornerback Blake Countess attended. It's also the high school for some other highly rated 2013 recruits, including cornerback Kendall Fuller, who has a Michigan offer.

O'Daniel is a consensus four-star linebacker and is ranked 37th in the nation by Rivals. Obviously he would be a nice pickup for Michigan, and he is set to visit Ann Arbor for the Wolverines' spring game on April 14 (along with Fuller).
