Former Michigan Wolverine Colton Christian Pledges To FIU

Late in March, the Michigan Wolverines took a hit to their basketball program, with three players leaving said program to transfer to another school. Evan Smotrycz was the big loss, the sophomore forward ended up going to Maryland, while the departures of Colton Christian and Carlton Brundidge were slightly overshadowed.

According to Evan Daniels on Twitter, Christian has found his new home, as well:

Christian mostly came off the bench for the Wolverines, playing in 10 games in his sophomore year. He only scored seven points while grabbing six rebounds, while playing 51 minutes. He put up much smaller numbers in his freshman year, with four points altogether in 27 games off the bench.

It's unclear why specifically he chose to transfer, but at the very least, we know where he's likely headed with this Tweet.
